How much do I pay for shipping?

Currently we provide free shipping all over India but if you opt in for COD you need to pay cod charges of Rs39 

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped through our shipping partners eg BlueDart,Fedex,Delhivery

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

When do I receive my order?

We ship the order within 2-5 days of receiving it. Delivery time may differ for different states.Although dispatch maybe delayed due to current Covid-19 restrictions by the government.

Accepted payment methods?
We accept all recognized debit and credit cards as well as wallet UPI payments.Cash On Delivery option is also available.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.

Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail.

How do I use a voucher code?
The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.

Some pieces are missing from my order.
If pieces are missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll have a look at it.

 How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
